John Zaccario
President of GSN
John Zaccario is President of GSN, which operates the top 15 cable network Game Show Network, its production arm, Game Show Enterprises Studios, gameshownetwork.com, Great Entertainment Television, Sony Movies, Sony Cine and distribution of the Game Show Network and Sony libraries via FAST channels including Game Show Central, CINEVAULT Westerns, CINEVAULT Classics, CINEVAULT, and get Comedy. GSN is owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Sony Group Corporation.
Zaccario joined Game Show Network in 2008 as Executive Vice President of Game Show Network Advertising Sales. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing sales efforts for Game Show Network’s media properties, including the cable television network, the GSN Games Network online and GSN’s social and mobile applications. As a result of his leadership, Game Show Network experienced unprecedented revenue growth year after year. During his tenure, Zaccario additionally served as the Chief Marketing Officer in 2017.
Prior to joining Game Show Network, Zaccario served as Vice President, ESPN Digital Media Sales and Marketing, where he oversaw the sales and marketing efforts for ESPN.com, ESPN 360, Mobile and ITV. Additional responsibilities also included emerging media sales and efforts associated with the launch of ESPN HD and ESPN’s video game division.
Before joining ESPN, Zaccario held advertising sales posts at ABC Entertainment, ABC News, Raycom Sports and Katz Television.
Zaccario is a board member of the VAB (Video Advertising Bureau) and graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Annie Maron
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Annie Maron is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Game Show Network LLC, where she oversees legal and business affairs.
Prior to joining Game Show Network in 2004, Maron worked at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton where she was an associate in the Entertainment and Media Practice Group and honed her expertise in television production, advertising, marketing and promotion.
Maron began her career at Katten Muchin Rosenman in Chicago, where she practiced corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, public and private security offerings and technology-related matters.
Maron received a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and holds a J.D. cum laude from The John Marshall Law School, where she was also the Student Publications Editor for the Law Review.

Pete Randazzo
Chief Financial Officer and EVP, Operations, Game Show Network
Pete Randazzo is Game Show Network's Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Operations and has been with the company since 2008. In his role, Randazzo is responsible for company strategy as well as all aspects of financial planning and analysis (budgets, long term strategic planning, valuations, due diligence and more), as well as financial reporting and compliance for the network, its production arm Game Show Enterprises Studios, Great Entertainment Television (get.), Sony Movies, Sony Cine and FAST channels including Game Show Central, CINEVAULT Westerns, CINEVAULT Classics and get Comedy among others. Additionally, his oversight includes Facilities, Network Operations, and Scheduling with prior responsibilities of IT and Human Resources. Randazzo closely interacts with all departments, allowing him to manage and oversee how the company goals and strategies connect to ensure financial profitability and operating effectiveness.
In 2021, Randazzo also began financial oversight as Divisional CFO of Sony’s U.S. Game Shows division, which includes the highly successful and most watched game shows in television, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! In this role, Randazzo is responsible for all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting as well as strategy to maximize profitability between Game Show Network and the U.S. Game Shows Division.
In addition to his television duties, Randazzo was the CFO of GSN Games, a division of Game Show Network and one of the most successful digital gaming companies in the world, until 2021 when he spearheaded the successful sale of the unit to Scopely in a deal valued at over $1 billion.
Randazzo began his career in entertainment at Universal Studios/NBC Universal as Vice President, Finance for Universal Television, working in long-term strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting and forecasting.
He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Stuart Zimmerman
Executive Vice President, Ad Sales for Sony Pictures Television and GSN
Zimmerman leads the advertising sales team that combines the superior brands and content offerings of both organizations in the marketplace, including SPT’s portfolio featuring Jeopardy! and Wheel Of Fortune; Game Show Network, a top 20 cable network of nearly 70-million subscribers; getTV; Sony Movies and Sony Cine. Additionally, Zimmerman works closely with SPT Distribution.
Zimmerman joined SPT in 1998 and since 2008, served as Executive Vice President, U.S. Advertiser Sales where he oversaw ad sales in first-run, off network properties and branded entertainment. Zimmerman has a long history with game shows, having sold Wheel Of Fortune and Jeopardy! at King World earlier in his career and, for the past several years, overseeing the team that sells SPT's short-form business and integrations in both Wheel Of Fortune and Jeopardy!. In 2019, Zimmerman was involved in the launch of the original game show series America Says, the first syndicated joint project between GSN and SPT. He was also involved in the syndication launch of The Goldbergs and The Dr. Oz Show.
Prior to SPT, Zimmerman worked in advertiser sales for King World, Eyemark and Raycom. He began his career at BBDO, later moving to Saatchi & Saatchi. Zimmerman serves on the Board of Directors of the IRTS and is both a YMCA Arts & Letters Committee Member and a YMCA of Greater New York Development Committee Member.

Nico Fasano
Executive Vice President of Distribution
Nico Fasano is Executive Vice President, Distribution for Game Show Network and has been with the company since 2005. He is responsible for working closely with key decision-makers to maximize distribution and affiliate revenue of Game Show Network, Sony US Networks (Sony Movies, Sony Cine, GET) and its multiple FAST channels. Game Show Network and Sony US Networks are owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Sony Group Corporation.
Prior to joining Game Show Network, Fasano serviced as Vice President, Finance & Operations for five years at Charter Communications where he oversaw all the fiscal operations (budgeting, planning, due diligence) for the Western Region.
Fasano began his career in entertainment at Showtime Networks as Senior Manager, National Accounts working in Distribution and Marketing roles.
He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
